  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within SMT and Box Build production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and best practices in electronics assembly.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), including process setup and validation.
  
  <Advantageous>
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, ESD procedures, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-mix production environment.
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze production data, interpret KPIs, and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
