【主な業務内容】
マレーシア現地法人のバックオフィス部門アシスタントマネージャーとして、以下の業務を担当いただきます。
・マレーシア拠点の財務・経理、人事・労務、法務等のアドミン業務や予算策定、スタッフ業務サポート
・管理ファンドと連携の上、管理ファンド・法人の資金繰り管理、資金効率化への対応、提案、現地規制等の情報収集、報告
・日本本社と連携の上、管理ファンド・法人の財務・経理状況の報告やアドホック事項への対応・報告・提案

<必須要件>
・四年制大学卒かつ社会人経験3年以上の方
・バックオフィス業務全般の経験がある方(主に財務会計・総務などのご経験)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
~社内のローカルスタッフ及び他拠点スタッフとのコミュニケーションに必要
<尚可要件>
・英語を用いた業務経験のある方
・金融業界での業務経験のある方English Level

【Job summary】 You will be expected to help execute venture capital transactions across SE Asia. You will be part of the boarder investment team and be expected to assist the team on managing the investee companies, reviewing investment opportunities and preparing analysis of the sectors and companies. With an understanding of financial analysis including financial modeling, you will undertake a financial review to ensure that the investments meet the return criterion and draft reports to help the Investment Committee’s decisions. Being part of the larger SBI group, you will also be expected to support the communication and transaction with the Tokyo Headquarter and other global offices of SBI.
