  • Job Description

    【Job Responsibilities】
    · Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
    · Resolving complaints and understanding customers’ needs.
    · Processing and follow-up customers’ orders.
    · Handling outdoor sales (mainly in KL and Selangor, sometimes need to handle Penang, Johor and Melaka market)
    · Ad-hoc task-any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - at least SPM and above in any study
    - JLPT N3 and above
    - Have experience in dealing with Japanese clients
    - Preferably candidate have sales experience in FMCG / F&B industry
    - Preferred candidate who possess own car
    - Freshie are welcomed to apply
