  • Job Description

    • To execute sales related activities for continuous business growth
    • Servicing and maintain good relationship with existing customers
    • To build and develop business opportunities with existing and potential customers
    • Contact and follow-up on existing and new business leads
    • Identify, manage and secure existing and new sales in order to continue and maintain a high level of sales achievement
    • To understand, evaluate customer needs and to suggest appropriate solutions or products
    • Handle and manage customer enquiries, follow up in timely manner
    • Coordinate with Customer Service Team for scheduling and delivery to the customer
    • Prepare and provide quotation and product related documents (MSDS, SDS, TDS, PS, etc) to the customer
    • Communicate and notify the Customer Service of product pricing to the customers
    • Maintain interface between Customer, Customer Service and Operation team in terms of the delivery management & Demand fulfilment process
    • Assist Sales Manager for the customer payment and collection
    • Assist Sales Manager on the annual customer satisfaction survey
    • Liaise with QA/QC on any customer complaint on the quality related issues
    • Assist Sales Manager in KPI tracking and report
    • To assist in ensuring compliance of ISO standard, Corporate standard and company policy
    • Understand the basic of the Incoterms, local trade and import/export procedure
    • Undertake and perform any other duties that may be assigned by Sales Manager from time to time

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirement>
    • Must possess at least Diploma or Degree certificate in any discipline
    • Min. 2 years of working experience in sales or marketing or business development field is preferable
    • Must possess own transport
    • Willing to travel
    • Must be self-motivating person with ambition and good analytical skills
    • English and Bahasa Malaysia in both oral and written communication is required

    <Advantageous>
    • Knowledge of Sales or Business Management Systems will be an added advantage
    • Possess good working attitude, communication, interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels
    • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
    • Understanding of ISO 9001:2008 requirements and Oracle system will be an added advantage
