    Job Overview
    This position is for one of our investee companies involved in OEM & ODM Cosmetic and Supplement Manufacturing. This position is based in Ijok and Kuala Selangor.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating production and packing planning, ensuring smooth operations, work closely with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) department thus managing resources effectively to maximize productivity.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Set the division's goal, tactics, and objectives.
    • In charge of production output, timely delivery, and product quality.
    • Oversees engineering projects to ensure that plans and objectives are met on schedule and in accordance with corporate, GMP, safety and energy saving practices and standards.
    • Manage key performance metrics to optimize all production processes for effectiveness and resources optimization.
    • Creates and manages the yearly capital and prepares yearly budget for the operation department.
    • Accountability for optimizing the use of production resources, decreasing idle time, and raising output to guarantee a high asset return.
    • Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure optimal performance and productivity, troubleshooting any equipment-related problems promptly.
    • Coordinate with other departments to guarantee accuracy of the product delivery, quantity and quality.
    • Responsible for company safety and environmental standards and taking proactive measures to reduce or eliminate any potential risks.
    • Develop and maintain competencies and quality awareness and commitment to zero defect in the factory.
    • Ensure of the hygienic practices in the factory.
    • Manage the internal quality system, reporting its effectiveness to the management and propose actions for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on Production Management, Manufacturing Management, or Quality Management.
    • Familiarity with Factory Act, Safety, and Health regulations, with an understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, in an OEM setting.
    • Proven track record of success in achieving production goals, maintaining quality standards and delivering products on time.
    • Strong understanding of Good Practice (GMP), ISO 9001 or any other relevant practice.
    • Experience in managing capital and operating budgets, optimizing resources allocation and cost reduction.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issue quickly and effectively.
    • Proficiency in quality management.
    • Excellent working knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
