  1. Main responsibility in leading the end-to-end sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure.
  2. Assisting in negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing with customers and suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  3. Providing accurate project quotations and pricing based on the project's scope and technical specifications.
  4. Deliver compelling presentations and technical discussions to showcase the value of M&E construction.
  5. Collaborate closely with project managers and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project handover from sales to execution.
  6. Facilitate effective communication between clients, sub-contractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Must with extroverted personality and aggressively looking for project opportunity for the company
