  • Job Description

    - Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face / walk-in customers.
    - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, products, pricing, delivery information and complaints.
    - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customers satisfaction.
    - Process customers orders, applications form and requests.
    - Prepare quotation, invoice, DO and make billing.
    - Perform customer verifications (based on transaction and credit limits).
    - Keep track of customer interactions, comments, inquries and transactions.
    - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding customers enquiry and complaints.
    - To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.
    - You need to liase with Makita Salesman and dealers (mostly are from Hardware Shops).

  • Requirement

    - Experience : at least 3-4 years of working experience in sales support/sales coordinator
    - Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel.
    - Interest in helping and working with customers.
    - Pleasant personality and good interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Adaptability with Company management directives.
