  • Job Description

    Job Purpose
    - Finance controller to provide accurate and timely company records by managing the accounting function in the company,

    Duties
    • Perform general accounting functions of the company, i.e. managing the accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger, double-entry book keeping, month-end closing and reconciliation of inter-company transactions on a timely basis, maintain and manage Fixed Asset and company property.
    • Prepare financial reports (Flash and Management accounts), budgeting and quarterly forecast in compliance with statutory and group requirement along with analysis of the company’s financials to headquarters or upper management within given timeline
    • Manage company’s cash flow, ensure sufficient liquidity in the company, to meet the ongoing operational
    • Evaluate and manage financial risk by monitoring company policies and internal controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce potential fraud
    • Prepare annual tax estimation and tax reporting as well as acting as a liaison to external tax agent for company’s annual tax computation, in compliance with local law
    • Identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business, together with Country Manager
    • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for company’s financial audit
    • Coordinate with internal group transfer pricing team and external transfer pricing agent to compute the information and data required for company’s yearly transfer pricing, in accordance to local regulation
    • Coordinate, manage and advise accounting department (AR, AP and GL), ensuring all data and information are booked in system in accordance with company policy and local statutory requirement
    • Local contact point for timecard system, being the contact person to solve/ support In Errors Solving Process.
    • Supplier and Client contract/budget letter maintenance and renewal
    • Liaise with suppliers, Issue PO on good and services related to company’s operation.
    • Manage and monitor incoming and outgoing payments from Clients and suppliers.
    • Work together with accounting department and Country manager for process improvement / projects.
    • Work together with HR on staff welfare / team activities / company events.
    • Other ad hoc if any

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years experiences, mainly in finance/accounting
    - Require Skill :
    > Basic knowledge and experience in SAP systems
    > Intermediate skill in Microsoft excel/PowerPoint
    > Exposure in MNC Shared Service is preferable.
    > Able to work independently and under pressure in demanding environment
    > Good understanding of accounting regulations, policies and SOX
    > Good interpersonal and communication skills
