  • Job Description

    Lead, accompany and motivate teams to deliver ambitious finance goals and world class day to day activities
    Ensure a high level of customer service oriented delivery.
    Act as a Business Process Expert to internal customers: define and deploy optimized processes and tools.
    Help drive finance services optimization as well as drive compliance and risk management
    Define and implement an optimized organization to ensure efficient operations
    Sponsor and advocate all necessary policies, processes & procedures related to the overall finance operational performance
    Monitor the latest trends with regards to Shared Services Centers for continual improvement
    Knowledge share best practices throughout the 3DS SSC community
    Drive customer service oriented delivery and business partnering
    Create and maintain a Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) with internal customers
    Use relevant KPIs to measure SSC performance and take corrective action as required
    Act as a service-oriented business partner for internal clients from finance and other organizations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Accounting/ Business related. Non Business Degree is accepted with relevant work experience
    - Experience : Emerging level experience (1-3 years) ideally in a technology industry services environment

    Ability to speak and write Japanese proficiently in order to effectively engage with Japanese speaking stakeholders
    Strong proficiency in ERP systems
    Demonstrated success applying accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP) in a multinational environment
    Ability to manage conflicting priorities and ambiguous situations
    Strong analytical skills. Able to identify root causes of problems, participate in the generation and evaluation of alternative solutions, and implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively.
    Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
    Suitable tertiary qualifications, Finance or accounting preferred. Master’s degree in business highly desired
    Demonstrated success in project management, preferably in an international environment
    Experience influencing cross culturally both written and verbal through a strong customer service focus
    Embrace routine and a process driven environment

    - Require Skill : N2 Japanese (speaking & writing) level and above
