    Company Details:
    This company supports the digital transformation of its clients across all business sectors including: healthcare, energy and utilities, telecom and media, retail and transport, public sector, defense, manufacturing, financial services and insurance

    Location: Cyberjaya

    Job Scope:
    -Contact for all IT problems and enquiries
    -Takes responsibility of the total end to end management of all calls (from the initial contact, until the call is closed)
    -Provides End-to End Tier 1 Incident Management support for all Desktop related problems and queries.
    -Provide a single point of contact for customers’ problems and enquiries, taking ownership and responsibility for calls from the initial contact, until the call is closed and to ensure that the support meets established Service Levels Agreements and quality standards.

    Requirements:
    - Education Background : For Fresh Graduates/Inexperience, Degree in IT related.
    - Experience :For Experienced, Degree in IT related + non IT related working experience OR Degree in non-IT related + Working experience in IT related job
    - Skills: Native Level of Vietnamese and Business level of English
