    With passion in building and vision on building up quality buildings, they had been striving on being the best of the best in industry in our country. They completed outstanding projects including terrace houses, shop offices, medium rise buildings and infrastructure works such as water pipelines, service reservoirs, sewerage treatment plants, commercial and institutional buildings. Aside from constructing buildings, they also embroidered environment-friendly awareness and industry automations in their works. They adopted system formwork and pre-fabrication elements for higher efficiency at work while with decreasing impact to the environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
    2. Ensuring project deadlines are met.
    3. Determining project changes.
    4. Providing administrative support as needed.
    5. Undertaking project tasks as required.
    6. Developing project strategies.
    7. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
    8. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
    9. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
    10. Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
    11. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
    12. Analyze risks and opportunities
    13. Oversee project procurement management
    14. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
    15. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
    16. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

    For the work tasks where you are required to be:
    1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    2. Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
    3. Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
    4. Able to work under pressure and long hours.
    5. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
    6. Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
    7. Having solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    8. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
    9. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Mandarin
    - Education Background : Diploma in Civil Engineering as minimum preferred
    - Experience : 10 years of working experience in construction industry with at least 8 years in a similar capacity.
    Proven working experience as project coordinator is mostly and advantage.
    - Require Skill : Legal requirements, well versed in environmental, safety and health practices.
    - This job is a site based position, hence travellings would be required
