Job Description
- Advice and design based on relevant engineering authority standards requirements to design for client/ tender project.- To attend and explain technical specifics to sub-contractors, clients, discussion and meetings.- To support and monitoring all branches engineering operating.- To liaise and coordinate with authorities/consultant for site inspection and approval.- To prepare project forecast budget, margin, calculation & documentation.- Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, BQ and specifications.- To monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials, and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications, and samples, owner standards and quality.- Resolve any site problems should any arise.- Project Scheduling, planning and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.- Attend and answer Japan HQ enquires of projects.
