  This fantastic job will be supporting the Thailand counterpart of our client, with chance to liaise with Thai employees there for the following matters:
  • Monitors, reviews and verifies accounting records and transactions relate to O2C & Bonus for accuracy and timeliness based on given SLA
  • Perform monthly closing for Order to Cash and Bonus activities including sales and return recognition, Accounts Receivable, accruals and distribution of Bonus payment.
  • Prepares and sends out Daily Sales Report to stakeholders and HQ.
  • Perform daily receivable reconciliation.
  • Perform daily refund process
  • Handling of all Sales/Refund/ABO deposits inquiries
  • Perform BS account reconciliation on related accounts.
  • Perform Bonus calculation and payment to Amway Distributors. And handling of all inquiries relate to Bonus
  • Support migration activities from Affiliate to Shared Services Center and deployment of new system.
  • Liaise with Affiliate to ensure smooth closing of daily and month end operations
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  
  The threshold for this job would be:
  1. If you are a fresh grad with recognized Accounting profession cert (Degree/ ACCA or relevant)
  2. If you worked in Accounting position for at least 12 calendar months
