    <Job Description>
    >Create detail business process flow based on the interview of AS-IS business process from clients in the following business process area.
    - Procurement Plan and Execution
    - Goods Receive and Warehouse Operation
    - Production Planning and Control
    - Work in Progress and Finished Goods Inventory operation
    - Sales Plan and Execution
    - Transportation Plan and Execution
    >Analyze current business process and identify key issues from operational and management perspective.
    >Negotiate and facilitate key discussions
    >Work closely with project managers to deliver appropriate consulting service for our client.
    >Support and execute a necessary business operation for the new division. Japanese communication will be required with management and back office staff in Japan Headquarters.

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor of Degree
    - Experience :
    >2 to 3 years of business process design, business analysis or IT application design.
    >Experience working for Consulting Firm (PwC, Deloitte, Accenture(Process), IBM, JMAC, Abeam(Process), etc.) or experience working for business companies as internal consultant.
    >Preferred to have been educated or worked in Japan in the past or worked for a Japanese company.

    - Require Skill :
    Key Skills Required (Must)
    >Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the consulting project.
    >Language skills: English(Business proficiency level),
    >Experience of two to three business process consulting projects or ERP functional consulting projects
    >Experience of creating business process flow.
    >Strong eager and self-motivation to become a Process Consultant.

    Key Skills Required (Option)
    >Language Skills: Japanese (Basic writing and listening)
    >Usage of Business Process Management Tools
    >Process Benchmarking experience
    *able to work onsite in Malaysia.(need to stay client's office during the project)
