Responsible to follow up payment and collection with customers and update to Finance fromtime to time.11. Ensure customer information to be kept confidentially and adequately according to company rulesand regulations.12. Work with engineering team to ensure after-sales service to customer, providing expert advice /consultancy, strengthening customer relationship, etc.13. Work closely and maintain good communication within department and other departments.14. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.15.
