  • Manage key accounts and dealer networks, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction
  • Identify market opportunities and customer trends to develop targeted sales initiatives
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales plans with company objectives
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques within the team
  • Participate in trade shows, product launches, and marketing campaigns to promote brand and product visibility
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
