Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales professional with experience in PCB and/or semiconductor substrate business to develop and grow customer accounts within the semiconductor, electronics, and EMS industries.The role involves customer relationship management, technical sales support, and business development, working closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver competitive solutions to customers.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development- Develop new customer accounts in PCB, semiconductor substrate, OSAT, IDM, and EMS sectors- Identify new business opportunities, new projects, and new customers- Drive RFQ / quotation activities, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiation- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and margin objectives2. Customer & Project Management- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on commercial and technical matters- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, quality, production, supply chain) to support NPI, mass production, and issue resolution- Support customer audits, business reviews, and regular account meetings- Understand customer roadmaps and proactively propose PCB / substrate solutions3.
