  The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality control and R & D of the products. He will be responsible for on-going development of new systems according to the requirements of our customers and be based at our factory at Port Klang.
  
  
  • Reports to the Technical Assistant Manager / Factory Manager.
  • Responsible for the quality control and assurance of the Company’s products.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Quality System related to the Technical Department.
  • Plans and implements Quality Improvement Projects.
  • Determines, reports, and recommends corrective actions for the root causes of quality deficiencies and non-conformances.
  • Designs new formulations and systems.
  • Provides technical advice on quality matters and supports customers with product usage applications when required.
  • Tests customers’ finished products as and when required.
  • Coordinates with the Production Department regarding product requirements and troubleshooting.
  • Develops suitable quality procedures to minimize rejects.
  • Troubleshoots customer complaints.
  • Maintains awareness of the Quality Policy, Objectives, Risks, and their respective controls.
