    Role Objective
    We are seeking for a highly technical and experienced Senior Factory Manager to oversee all engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations at our Bentong manufacturing plant. This role ensures the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of our mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, supporting our position as a global leader in rubber thread manufacturing.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Engineering & Maintenance Operations
    - Direct and manage all engineering functions across the plant, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation (M&E) departments.
    - Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical plant utilities, including thermic oil systems, industrial boilers, compressors, and chillers.
    - Develop, implement, and enforce rigorous Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) programs to minimize machinery downtime and extend equipment lifecycles.
    - Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex electromechanical and process control failures.

    2. Facilities & Infrastructure Management
    - Manage the upkeep and continuous improvement of the factory's physical infrastructure and facilities.
    - Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, from equipment procurement to installation and commissioning
    - Ensure energy efficiency and process optimization across all utilities to reduce operational waste.

    3. Safety, Compliance, & Quality
    - Ensure all engineering operations strictly comply with local regulatory bodies, including DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) and DOE (Department of Environment).
    - Enforce industrial safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and the maintenance of backup safety systems (e.g., tensometers, emergency shut-offs).
    - Collaborate with the chemical compounding and production teams to ensure equipment settings meet precise quality and output specifications.

    4. Team Leadership & Development
    - Lead, mentor, and evaluate a large, cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and specialized personnel (including chargemen and boilermen).
    - Establish clear KPIs for the engineering department and conduct regular performance reviews.
    - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety-first execution, and operational excellence.

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. (A Master's degree or Professional Engineer status is an added advantage).
    - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Factory Manager, Plant Engineering Manager, or similar senior leadership role within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
    - Experience in continuous process manufacturing (rubber, chemical, or heavy industries) is highly preferred.
    - Strong working knowledge of industrial processing equipment, thermodynamics, boiler efficiency, and automated instrumentation.
    - Familiarity with interpreting technical schematics and managing large-scale facility upgrades.
    - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, handle high-pressure operational issues, and communicate effectively with both floor staff and executive leadership.
