工作内容
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via email, phone, or other channels in a professional manner.
• Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers regarding production progress and shipment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, contracts, and related documents; prepare reports when required.
• Work closely with internal departments (Production, Quality, Sales) to resolve customer issues such as delays, quality concerns, or shortages.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
资格
任职资格
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in manufacturing industry)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines英文
