    Overall Purpose of the Role
    To manage assigned brands by developing and driving marketing strategies across ATL, digital, and KOL channels. This role also supports KOL and influencer marketing, ensuring strong campaign performance and brand visibility. The position is responsible for improving brand growth, strengthening campaign effectiveness, and delivering consistent execution across all touchpoints.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Brand Management & Marketing Planning
    • Develop and drive annual and quarterly marketing plans for company's product.
    • Define communication strategies aligned with brand positioning and target audience
    • Plan and manage ATL, digital, and KOL campaigns across all channels
    • Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities for improvement based on data and market insights

    2. KOL & Digital Marketing Management
    • Lead planning and execution of KOL and influencer campaigns for assigned brands
    • Support and manage KOL campaigns in alignment with brand objectives
    • Develop campaign direction, briefs, and content strategy
    • Manage agencies to ensure strong execution quality and KPI delivery
    • Track and optimize campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI) and apply learnings across campaigns

    3. E-Commerce Management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
    • Oversee brand presence across key e-commerce platforms, ensuring consistent branding and optimized content
    • Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion performance, and recommend optimization actions

    4. Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
    • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials and channels

    5. Market Research & Consumer Insights
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis, including pricing, promotions, and communication strategies
    • Gather and analyze consumer insights from research, feedback, and online platforms
    • Translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve brand positioning and campaign effectiveness

    6. Administrative & Reporting
    • Manage budget tracking and ensure timely reporting of campaign performance and marketing activities

    7. Cross-Brand Contribution
    • Support key cross-brand initiatives and major campaigns when required

资格

  • 任职资格

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods industry
    • Strong experience in KOL and digital campaign management is preferred

    • Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategy
    • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actions
    • Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
