  - To manage company's products and develop company's segment strategy in all related industries
  - To analyze market potential, forecast market and to develop plans for products introduction and market exploitation.
  - To act as a lead source for the rest of the colleague when deep product expertise is required.
  - To search for new customers who might benefit from company products and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
  - To provide both pre-sales and after-sales solutions and advice professionally with technical knowledge to customers.
  - To develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements and budgets.
  - To negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  - To meet annual group and personal sales targets.
  - Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
  - Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to potential customers' requirements.
  - Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify new growth opportunities.
  - Provide regular sales performance reports and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the organization.
  - Mentor and support the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
