  • 工作内容

    a) Assist in providing complete product optimization solutions based on production product requirements.
    b) Assist in providing complete mold solutions based on defective products provided by production.
    c) Responsible for the maintenance of production molds and reduce the production cost of mold modification.
    d) Come up with mold modification and mold design plans based on production problems.
    e) According to the mold assembly drawing, mark the 2D drawing of the parts.
    f) 1st Stage DFM participation.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education Background : Minimum Bachelor Degree or above

    - Experience : min 2 years working as tooling engineer , 2- 5 years in plastic molding industry

    - Require Skill :
    1.Proficient in basic knowledge of engineering mechanics, engineering materials, mechanical drawing, mechanical design principles, etc.
    2.Ability to accurately analyze mold design and CAE results.
    3. Proficient in mold structure, product structure design, automated production, and injection molding technology.
    4. Understand the mold parts processing procedures and the processing characteristics of each process.
    5. Proficient in various mold structures and UG design software, familiar with mold processing technology, and mastering injection molding technology.
