  • 工作内容

    - Develop, document, and optimize injection moulding processes for new and existing tools.
    - Establish and maintain robust process parameters to ensure part consistency, cycle time efficiency, and quality compliance.
    - Analyze and troubleshoot moulding issues such as flash, short shots, sink marks, warpage, and dimensional inaccuracies.
    - Collaborate with tooling, quality, and production teams on mould trials, new tool validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and DOE studies.
    - Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
    - Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for non- conformances and process deviations.
    - Support preventive maintenance efforts for moulds and machines to ensure reliable operation.
    - Assist in training production staff and process technicians on best practices and new processes.
    - Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and waste elimination within the moulding process.
    - Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as ISO/quality standards.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    - At least 2 years of experience in injection moulding process engineering.
    - Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines (e.g., Arburg, Engel, Husky, Sumitomo, etc.), hot runner systems, and auxiliary equipment.
    - Familiarity with scientific moulding techniques, process monitoring tools, and mold flow analysis software.
    - Solid understanding of plastic materials (thermoplastics), material drying, and troubleshooting resin- related issues.
    - Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
    - Strong analytical, problem- solving, and documentation skills.
    - Working knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), DOE, and quality tools (e.g., PFMEA, CAPA).
    - Prior experience working with automotive, medical, or high- precision plastic components.
