  The Project Engineer in NPI acts as the technical coordinator who ensures product and process readiness, supports smooth pilot builds, and drives timely issue closure — so that new/transfer products launch into mass production successfully and on schedule.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Plan NPI/transfer project by defining deliverables, milestones, actions and timelines.
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain) to track project status and resolve issues.
  - Prepare and update project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, mostly on weekly basis.
  - Highlight risks, roadblocks, and escalate critical issues to manager.
  - Document lessons learned and propose continuous improvement initiatives for future NPI projects.
  - Perform purchasing for tool & component and delivery planning.
  - Filling for RTP (Release to Production) for project closure.
