- Supervise CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication processes to meet production targets.- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines (lasers, CNC, bending, Clinching, etc.).- Ensure proper machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.- Optimize material usage and reduce waste in sheet metal fabrication.- Conduct inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micro meters, gauges) to verify parts meet specifications.- Lead and train CNC operators and sheet metal workers on safe and efficient machine operation.- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure production goals are met.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.- Minimize scrap and rework by maintaining high standards of quality- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.- Implement and maintain process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. - Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve production issues.- Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and company policies.- Maintain proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and hazardous substances. - Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns. - Ensure all processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 quality standards. - Ensure personal compliance with the PPE requirements of the assigned process.- Arrange, coordinate, and execute the production plan from planning team. - To perform any other related duties as and when required by superior and management.
