    【Job Responsibilities】
    • To support Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing marketing plans and product launches for selected brands.
    • Work closely with sales & digital marketing team for campaign and promotion planning, with main responsibility of synergising offline & online touchpoints to maximize marketing & sales performance.
    • Regularly trace, evaluate and share statistical analysis reports on online & offline campaign/promotions, propose marketing improvement strategies and plans.
    • Liaise closely with designer & third party, such as suppliers, agencies & contractors for the execution of all offline marketing campaigns, materials & Visual Merchandising Design (VMD) for counters at retailer’s outlet.
    • To prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly reports which tracks and analyse the KPIs of the company for future improvements.
    • Consistently monitor & share insights on market & competitor’s trends (online and offline).
    • To coordinate with sales team for the customer request for promotion material and in-store merchandising support.
    • To assist on ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.

资格

  • 应征条件

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
    • At least 4 year(s) of working experience.
    • Min 2 year(s) of marketing experience in cosmetics and beauty industry.
    • Has own transportation and willing to travel.
    • Required language(s): English, Malay and Chinese.
    • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker.
    • Prioritized workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing deliverables.
    • Demonstrates initiative with results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skill.
