  - Assist superior on the Monitoring of Engagement
  - Review corporate tax computations, tax returns, and handling corporate and personal tax related matters regarding yearly and monthly tax estimates and tax refund cases etc.
  - Liaising with tax authorities to resolve issues arising from tax audits and other relevant authorities for tax incentives
  - Provide advice on tax legislation on corporate and personal tax compliance matters
  - Provide advice on tax investigation and audit
  - Provide advice on tax incentives
  - Provide tax planning advice including local and international tax structuring, trust and estate planning
  - Provide tax consulting services for special projects including international structuring work in mergers and acquisitions
  - Manage GST implementation and related matters, if applicable
  - Seek, develop and identify new business opportunities
  - Identify areas where technical judgment is required and recommend appropriate solutions
  - Initiate any tax research and projects
  - Motivate a team of tax professionals and provide leadership and direction and responsible for the full spectrum of tax assignments
  - Segregating task among tax teams members and ensuring all tax returns and compliances had been submitted within time frame
  - Identify areas where technical judgment is required and recommend appropriate solutions
  - Any other assignment and task from the superior which deem appropriate and relevant
