営業チームより引き継がれたポテンシャルクライアントに対して、デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)のプロジェクト提案・プロジェクトマネジメントを行うポジションです。
営業やプロバイダーと連携し適切なビジネスコンサルティングを行い、DX導入を検討している幅広い業界の顧客様の問題解決に従事します。
<業務内容>
- お客様へのプロジェクトのプレゼン資料準備・提案(お客様の場所によっては出張が発生します)
- プロバイダーとのプロジェクトに関する打ち合わせ
- アサインされたプロジェクトの指揮、報告

<応募条件>
■四年制大学卒or 大学院卒の方、かつ社会人経験が3年以上
■IT業界にて、リーダーとして3年程度プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験がある方
■ビジネスレベルの英語力(お客様やプロバイダーとのやり取りは英語が主になってきます)
<尚可>
顧客様へビジネスの立案・提案を行った経験のある方
普通自動車運転免許をお持ちで、運転に抵抗がない方英文

< About the Role >We are looking for an experienced Business Development Assistant Manager to lead sales initiatives in Malaysia.The successful candidate will have a strong network in the specialty metals and precision machining industries, and will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.< Key Responsibilities >• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Malaysia• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets• Conduct market research and competitive analysis• Develop proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely payment collection• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics• Collaborate with the Sales Director and Singapore HQ• Travel extensively within Malaysia (and occasionally to Singapore)• Report regularly via digital tools (email, Google Sheets, CRM)

・Total Salary = RM 8,000 ~ RM 10,000
・Transportation expenses within Malaysia and Mobile Phone expenses will be a fixed monthly allowance.

・Commission Scheme: Performance-based, up to 20% of base salary

Responsible for managing domestic and international trading of chemical and industrial products, including inventory operations, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies and timely submission of reports while supporting overall business operations.Key Responsibilities-Execute business processes within assigned area of responsibility.-Foster and maintain good communication and relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and forwarders, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.-Maintain existing business, including stock operations, and establish domestic, export, import, and offshore trading of chemical or industrial products.-Comply with internal regulations and company policies, and submit reports in a timely manner.-Handle matters related to credit lines.
