  We are seeking a highly driven and globally minded Export Sales Executive to spearhead our market expansion outside of Asia. Operating out of our Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) Headquarters, you will be responsible for developing new business pipelines, managing international distributor relationships, and driving revenue for our natural latex rubber thread products across assigned global territories.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - International Market Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B accounts for Rubberflex rubber thread products across assigned non-Asian territories (e.g., Middle East & North Africa, Latin America, Europe, North America).
  - Extensive Global Travel: Execute rigorous overseas travel schedules, frequently spending 1 to 2 months abroad at a time to conduct client visits, attend international trade shows, and establish localized sales networks. (Cumulative travel will range between 3 to 4 months annually).
  - Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing negotiations, finalize export contracts, and establish delivery terms (Incoterms) with international clients, ensuring alignment with Rubberflex's revenue targets and production capacities.
  - Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor global market trends, competitor pricing, and regional economic shifts in your assigned territories to forecast demand and pivot sales strategies.
  - Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with the KLCC HQ supply chain team and the manufacturing plant to ensure export orders are processed, quality-checked, and shipped without disruption.
