Job Description
HR Representation:
- Act as the primary HR representative for the company at the client’s office, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Administrative Oversight:
- Monitor and manage staff attendance, feedback, and employee-related issues.
- Maintain and update monthly headcount reports.
- Oversee employee on-boarding processes, including documentation, access card issuance, workstation assignment, company policy briefing, and orientation.
- Coordinate the employee 90-day program and conduct one-on-one check-ins.
- Maintain and support internal HR application, such as collaborating with developer in enhancing user experience, troubleshooting errors and ensure accuracy of data
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and on-boarding.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports to track hiring progress.
- Prepare meeting minutes and create presentation slides for management meetings.
Qualifications
Requirement
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Management or a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labor laws
- Experience in HR Operations in Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.English Level
