【Summary】Lead the end-to-end setup and operations of a new export-oriented manufacturing facility, including production, localization, quality, and supply chain management. Responsible for driving operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and stable production while building and leading the operations team.【Job Responsibilities】- Lead the setup and commissioning of a new manufacturing plant and production lines- Establish SOPs, operational workflows, and manufacturing systems- Manage daily CKD/SKD assembly and production operations- Drive productivity improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational efficiency initiatives- Develop and execute localization strategies for components and suppliers- Identify, evaluate, and manage local suppliers across Malaysia and ASEAN- Implement and maintain quality management systems and ensure compliance with US standards- Oversee export operations to the USA, including logistics, shipping, packaging, and documentation- Manage CAPEX/OPEX and drive cost optimization initiatives- Monitor operational KPIs such as OEE, yield, cost per unit, and on-time delivery- Lead continuous improvement and defect reduction activities- Coordinate with international teams, including China-based stakeholders and OEM partners- Build, lead, and manage cross-functional operations teams including production, planning, maintenance, and operations administration- Support production ramp-up and ensure stable manufacturing operations- Handle operational issues, troubleshooting, and plant-level execution activities
