• Act as the point of contact, manage the franchisees account and developing a solid and trusting relationship between the franchisees and the company;• Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company business objectives; • Supervising and provide guidance to the franchisees within the region and ensure the operation meets the operations KPI;• Responsible to manage, review, onboarding, offboarding, transfer, merger, and other related tasks of franchisees within the region;• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives;• Resolve any issues and problems faced by franchisees and provide suggestion and improvement plan from time to time;• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for management;• Responsible for standardizing the operational processes of franchisee within the region, and implementing training in accordance with relevant headquarters standards;• Responsible for reporting and resolving sudden issues such as parcel overloaded issue and etc. within the region.
