This includes supervising sorting, routing, and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.- Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times. Improve route planning and make real-time adjustments as needed.- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. Take corrective actions to address any performance issues.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
