Job Description
To support business development and sales activities across multiple industrial and energy-related solution portfolios, with a primary focus on Energy products (electrical systems), such as GEV products, power sensing solutions, industrial monitoring systems, and process control & automation solutions. This role works closely with the Technical teams to engage clients, understand application needs, and assist in converting leads into sales opportunities while building strong technical and commercial fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Sales Development
- Support the sales growth of KSM Energy, GEV, power sensing, industrial monitoring, and automation/control solutions through coordinated sales activities.
- Assist in executing go-to-market activities for new and emerging solutions, including robotics, heat exchange, and digital/OT-related technologies.
-Learn and understand multiple product offerings to effectively position suitable solutions to clients.
2. Sales & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify, approach, and develop new sales opportunities through cold visits, referrals, networking, events, and market research.
- Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline, from lead generation through closure.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and identify potential application opportunities.
3. Client Engagement & Market Presence
- Participate in and support webinars, roadshows, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and client engagement events.
- Prepare and deliver basic product presentations and solution briefings to clients.
- Represent the company professionally and consistently in all client interactions.
4. Technical Consultation & Solution Support
- Work with Technical and Engineering teams to understand application requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Assist in packaging and presenting integrated technologies that can be specified into client projects.
- Support proposal preparation, technical clarifications, and basic solution specification under guidance.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with:
Technical & Engineering Team – for product knowledge, demos, and client-specific adaptations, as well as cross departmental collaboration.
- Shared Services – for marketing, quotation support, CRM updates, and logistics coordination.
6. Market Intelligence & Feedback
- Provide timely feedback to management and product teams about market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
- Support marketing strategy with input on brochures, campaigns, or digital content based on field experience.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Min Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 2-5 years in technical or industrial B2B sales.
Required skills:
● Strong time management and multitasking capabilities to handle diverse products and stakeholders.
● Proactive and hands-on, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strategic thinker with ability to adapt messaging across product types and client segments.
● Willing to travel frequently to support client visits, trade shows, and channel development.
Success Metrics
● Number of new client accounts opened
● Conversion rate from lead to repeat customer
