Sales Cycle Management: • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, quotation, and contracts in the client's preferred language (Japanese or English, often a blend).• Negotiate terms and close sales deals for complex IT projects to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.• Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to post-sale follow-up, ensuring smooth project handover to the delivery team.d.
