You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by liaising with management, customers, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities-Prepare daily customer delivery documents and handle shipping arrangements, including FedEx exports.-Manage purchasing activities: issue purchase orders and communicate with suppliers (tools, materials, coatings, subcontractors, etc.).-Handle tools and materials inventory: data entry for inbound/outbound items.-Perform accounting tasks: input daily expenses and prepare customer statements.-Conduct monthly and yearly processing: overtime calculations and account audits.-Coordinate with customers and suppliers on orders, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
