Job Description
1. Understand business models and product workflows, and translate complex requirements into executable system solutions.
2. Lead business process analysis, domain modeling, system architecture, API collaboration, and data flow design.
3. Act as technical owner for key projects and coordinate with Product, Operations, Development, QA, DevOps, and Data teams.
4. Drive platformization, middle-platform architecture, and componentization to improve system reusability and delivery efficiency.
5. Review major requirements and identify risks in business logic, technology, data, performance, security, and production release.
6. Provide technical suggestions to improve system capabilities and business efficiency.
7. Prepare and maintain architecture documents, business flow diagrams, system interaction diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
8. Guide developers in understanding business requirements and system design to improve complex project delivery.
Qualifications
Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with Product, Operations, Development, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Familiar with microservices architecture, API design, data consistency, permission/access control, Flink, message middleware, MongoDB, and related technologies.
- Experience in payment, wallet, risk control, campaign, user growth, trading, gaming, e-commerce, financial systems, or data platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions and risks clearly.
- Strong ownership mindset, able to identify business/system issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Able to balance fast business delivery with long-term system scalability and maintainability.
- Enthusiastic about AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar tools to improve development, debugging, documentation, and technical research.English Level
