  • Job Description

    • Setup, develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
    • Conduct regular QMS audits and assessments to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
    • Handle customer audit management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present Management Review reports to management and stakeholders.
    • Train employees on QMS procedures and quality standards.
    • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to close all audit findings.
    • Ensure that all documentation related to the QMS is current, accurate, and properly stored.
    • Oversee DCC (Document Control Centre) management and oversee calibration management."

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineer, Applied Science or a related field
    • Min. 3 years of experience in quality control / assurance.
    • Understanding of quality systems (e.g. ISO standards). Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
    • Experience in PCBA manufacturing / quality is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and other relevant quality standards.

    • Basic statistical knowledge.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Experienced in testing field with a focus on PCBA/SMT processes.
    • Good communication and documentation skills.
