  • Job Description

    - Lead and supervise daily offset printing operations using Ryobi / RMGT machines.
    - Ensure all printing output meets company standards and customer quality requirements.
    - Oversee machine setup, color matching, registration, and overall print consistency.
    - Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet deadlines and delivery targets.
    - Train, guide, and monitor printing operators to ensure optimal performance.
    - Troubleshoot machine, color, and printing-related issues efficiently.
    - Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in offset printing operations.
    - Hands-on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT offset printing machines.
    - Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and printing materials.
    - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    - Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
    - Willing to work overtime and/or shifts when required.
    - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
