  • Job Description

    • To support the sales team in promoting the company’s FA (Factory Automation) products & solutions through presentation and product demonstration
    • Manage multiple concurrent industrial automation projects and ensure that project commitments and deadlines are met
    • Provide project status reports and serve as primary customer interface for scope, schedule, and budget issues
    • Provide periodic reports of project status and progress to management
    • Responsible for onsite system setup and testing for machine vision system.
    • Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support to customers.
    • Integrate and configure machine vision related hardware such as camera, lenses, optics, lighting, controller and vision software development.
    • Perform sample evaluation to study system integration feasibility.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    • Knowledge and experience in 2D and 3D machine vision, industrial robotic arms, cobots, PLC project implementations, industrial control systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.
    • Hands-on experience in selecting, integrating, calibrating and troubleshooting on machine vision inspection system and robotic system
    • Have track record in handling industrial automation projects as Automation Engineer
    • Over 3 years experience required

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    • Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics (Robot & Automation), Electrical / Electronics (Control System) or equivalent
    • Optional experience on computer vision and deep learning.
    • Knowledge or experience in C++ or C#, particularly in software development for machine vision and inspection applications, will be an advantage
    • Understanding and knowledge on industrial communication protocols and 2D/3D drawing software will be an advantage

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    • Ability to work independent, self-motivated and willingness to work overtime
    • Responsible, initiative and good interpersonal skill
    • Good command in English communication (written and verbal) and computer literacy
