• Job Description

  • Leading the Project Management Department (PMO) to manage and implement project smoothly in a cost-effective manner and ensure the project timeline is met with all the deliverables are compiled to the contract requirements.
  • Require going through and evaluate current SOP and prepare new Project Management Processor for the department if it is required.
  • Required to conduct site survey and able to negotiate with subcontractors to get the best price performance solutions for company if it is required.
  • Required to read and understand the project contract and able to work according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Required to access certain authorities for approval and able to prepare and produce project documentation.
  • Required to attend project meetings and prepare progress reports as well as presentation.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure implementation is successful.
  • Find ways and means to improve the efficiency and productivity of PMO.
  • Others work related to project implementation and execution.
  • To perform other work as instructed by superior if it is required by the company.
