  - Develop new markets and maintain relationships with existing customers
  - Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding delivery schedules and stock availability & defect issues
  - Prepare and issue quotations to customers without any difficulties
  - Coordinate product sampling and work alongside client engineering/QA teams to ensure material specifications match customer application requirements.
  - Monitor industry trends, track competitor movements, and gather buyer forecasts to assist management with inventory planning.
  - Monitor customer credit limits and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  - Work closely with internal logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing and on-time fulfillment.
