  • Job Description

    Lead a nationwide business portfolio with significant growth potential. Drive strategic initiatives within a leading Japanese financial services group. Build partnerships with SMEs, local corporates, vendors and manufacturers.
    Seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head with extensive experience in asset financing, leasing and banking., to lead the growth and expansion of commercial financing business.

    - Formulate and execute business strategies to grow Business Loan, Operating Lease and Equipment Financing portfolios.
    - Acquire and manage relationships with SME, Commercial, and Local Corporate customers.
    - Lead, coach, and develop high-performing business teams.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 15 years’ experience in banking, leasing or financial services.
    - At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
    - Strong experience in secured Loans and asset-based financing products.
    - Strong relationships within SME, Commercial Banking, and Local Corporate segments.
    - Relevant experience in Equipment Lease, Rental and Financing business is a significant advantage.
    - Experience in vendor financing programmes and strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
