    • To drive the development of our commercial capabilities through training, coaching, and talent development initiatives.
    • Be responsible for designing and implementing onboarding programs, sales training curriculum, coaching interventions, and capability-building initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams.
    • Play a part in driving commercial excellence initiatives, strengthening sales capabilities, supporting marketing effectiveness, and enhancing overall sales performance across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Min. Degree in any Science-related discipline.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience handling sales and product related training and 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • A proactive and commercially driven mindset.

    <Advantageous>

    • The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders.
    • Exposure to sales training, sales force effectiveness or capability development initiatives would be advantageous
