■ JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking an ambitious, goal-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive business expansion for our industrial raw materials and specialty chemical portfolio.In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and providing technical sales solutions to industrial clients in Malaysia.This position is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional with a background in chemical trading, manufacturing sales, or industrial raw material supply chains who is ready to take ownership of a growing portfolio.■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES・Business Development & Market Expansion - Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers within target industries (e.g., Rubber, Plastics, Adhesives, Coatings, Automotive, and Glove Manufacturing). - Conduct market research to identify prospective leads, emerging industrial trends, and new application areas for Shiraishi’s product line. - Prepare persuasive sales proposals, conduct product presentations, and negotiate commercial terms to secure long-term accounts.・Key Account Management & Revenue Growth - Manage and deepen relationships with existing accounts, serving as their primary point of contact for technical inquiry and business growth. - Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions to understand customer production needs and provide tailored chemical/filler solutions. - Monitor sales pipelines, generate monthly sales forecasts, and ensure annual revenue and profit targets are met or exceeded.・Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations - Work closely with the Customer Service and Logistics team to ensure timely product delivery, smooth customs clearance, and accurate order processing. - Partner with technical application support and parent-company teams (Japan) to resolve client product inquiries or technical specifications. - Manage account receivables (AR) by ensuring prompt customer payment collection in alignment with company credit terms.
