• Job Description

  Operation and Maintenance:
  - Monitor and control daily operations of water treatment facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  - Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  - Implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  
  Project Management and Coordination:
  - Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  - Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address any issues or delays.
  - Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and expense tracking.
  - Facilitate meetings and communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
  
  Reporting:
  - Prepare and review technical documentation, including maintenance reports, manuals, and compliance records.
  - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational compliance.
  - Ensure adherence to local environmental regulations and standards.
  
  Validation:
  - Developing validation protocols and plans for equipment, processes, systems, or products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  - Qualifying equipment and instruments to ensure their accuracy and reliability in data collection and analysis.
  - Analyzing validation data, documenting results, and generating reports to demonstrate compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  
  Document Control:
  - Establishing and maintaining document control systems to ensure that all documentation (e.g., procedures, specifications, records) is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  - Implementing access controls and permissions to restrict access to sensitive or confidential documents as necessary.
