    ■ PURPOSE OF POSITION
    Seeking a hybrid of a Brand Strategist and a Data Scientist—a "Think Tank" who can transcend traditional marketing execution.
    Moving away from standard campaign rollouts, you will be the chief architect responsible for scientifically tracking, visualizing, and elevating our brand health from its current baseline to a premium market position (e.g., scaling from "Brand Level 10 to 100").
    You will not just manage a brand; you will build a data-driven, mathematically sound framework to measure and drive holistic Brand Equity.

    ■ RESPONSIBILITIES
    Advanced Brand Strategy & "Think Tank" Leadership
    - Shift the organizational approach from purely tactical campaign execution to long-term, high-level brand positioning.
    - Design the overarching master blueprint to systematically elevate brand equity index in Malaysia.
    - Act as an internal consultant and strategic anchor for the marketing division, evaluating the macro-impact of all branding initiatives.

    Data-Driven Brand Valuation & Visualization
    - Formulate and own the scientific framework used to calculate and visualize the "Brand Level" using quantifiable, data-driven methodologies.
    - Look beyond basic sales and volume metrics (e.g., vehicles sold) to analyze deep, multi-dimensional pillars of Brand Equity.
    - Track, model, and optimize complex brand metrics including Perceived Quality, Brand Associations, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

    Market Intelligence & Research Engineering
    - Direct comprehensive market research, quantitative/qualitative surveys, and consumer panels to validate brand shifts and back up strategies with hard evidence.
    - Utilize advanced Market Intelligence (MI) tools and consumer data to predict automotive industry trends, shifting buyer behaviors, and competitive positioning.
    - Translate raw consumer data into highly polished, actionable strategic recommendations and executive data visualizations for senior leadership.

    Holistic Brand Equity Management
    - The Emotional Spectrum: Strategize on how to deepen emotional resonance and brand advocacy (e.g., Word-of-Mouth index, peer-to-peer recommendations).
    - The Functional Spectrum: Partner closely with the After-Sales and Customer Service divisions to audit and refine the post-purchase service quality, ensuring the retail/service experience directly feeds back into positive brand equity.
    - Support adoption of innovative, digital, and experiential marketing approaches.

    ■ PERFORMANCE CRITERIA (WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE)
    ・Successful creation and deployment of an internal Brand Equity Index dashboard.
    ・Proven statistical growth in brand premium perception and customer loyalty metrics.
    ・Transitioning marketing spend from experimental execution to highly targeted, predictable, strategy-first campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience in Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, Market Research, or Marketing Performance Analytics.
    ・Strong hands-on capabilities in setting up research methodologies, analyzing datasets, and auditing consumer insights.
    ・Will consider candidates from FMCG, Electronic, Telecom, Bank, Insurance,, luxury/premium brands, airlines/hospitality, tech industries.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Experience in automotive industry or fast-paced consumer product environment is an added advantage.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Strong understanding of branding, campaign execution, media channels, and digital marketing.
    ・Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign and consumer data.
    ・Good project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
    ・Knowledge of CRM, customer lifecycle, KPI tracking, ROI measurement, and cross-channel integration.
    ・Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
