  [Summary]
  Provide interpretation and communication support for the Japanese General Manager during client meetings while assisting with sales and business development activities.
  Build and maintain customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and support the execution of business opportunities and projects.
  
  [Job Responsibilities]
  ・Accompany the Japanese General Manager on client visits and provide Japanese-English interpretation support.
  ・Support communication between Japanese management and local clients during meetings and negotiations.
  ・Conduct sales activities to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  ・Identify and approach potential new customers to expand business opportunities.
  ・Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and related documentation.
  ・Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries, requirements, and project progress.
  ・Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  ・Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to support business development activities.
  ・Prepare meeting minutes, translate business documents, and provide reporting to management.
  ・Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to support sales growth.
  ・Support regional business trips and customer visits across Malaysia and neighboring countries when required.
  ・Assist in building long-term customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
