Job Description
- Oversee end‑to‑end operations for PVD part cleaning, fabrication, and sandblasting processes.
- Develop and implement workflows, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
- Plan daily work schedules, manage resource allocation, and ensure operational throughput meets customer commitments.
- Ensure all parts cleaning and fabrication processes comply with required technical standards, contamination control specifications, and surface finish requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and root cause analyses for defects or non‑conformities.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve turnaround time, and enhance process capability.
- Supervise, coach, and develop technicians.
- Conduct skills assessments, identify gaps, and execute structured training programs.
- Manage team performance, discipline, and workforce planning to meet operational needs.
- Enforce strong safety culture - ensure compliance with OSH, chemical handling, and equipment operation guidelines.
- Maintain sandblasting booths, cleaning lines, fabrication equipment, and related facilities in optimal condition.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, addressing scheduling, technical inquiries, escalations, and service expectations.
- Collaborate with Business Development and QA teams to support customer audits.
- Monitor operating costs, optimize material usage, and improve workforce productivity.
- Track and report KPIs such as throughput, yield, cycle time, and Turn Around Time.
- Prepare monthly operational reports, forecasts, and improvement plans.
- Lead special projects such as process automation, new equipment introduction, service expansion, and operational layout improvements.
- Evaluate and implement new cleaning technologies, fabrication methods, and surface preparation techniques.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree in any of the above disciplines is highly preferred.
- Preferable 10–15 years or more of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a level leadership role (Position level offering commensurate with years of experiences and professionalism earned in related field).
- Extensive years (over 10 years) of experiences at senior management level strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing large operational teams and overseeing complex, high‑volume production or service processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities with a strong data‑driven approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.English Level
