• Job Description

  Production Transfer & Project Management: Lead production technology projects from inception to completion. Manage end-to-end timelines, budgeting, equipment sourcing, installation, testing, and commissioning during the critical manufacturing function transfer phase.
  
  Process Optimization & Innovation: Continuously analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment layouts. Identify inefficiencies, then propose and implement advanced production technologies to enhance cycle times and eliminate waste.
  
  Equipment Specification & Sourcing: Draft detailed technical specifications for new machinery, tooling, and fixtures. Collaborate closely with procurement to evaluate global vendors and conduct rigorous Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
  
  Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Provide high-level technical expertise and execute root cause analysis for chronic or complex equipment breakdowns, process deviations, and engineering bottlenecks.
  
  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Establish, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings (CAD).
  
  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime during technology transitions. Collaborate with the QA department to ensure all new technologies comply with safety and quality standards.
  
  Capacity Planning & Layout Design: Design and optimize plant and production line layouts utilizing lean manufacturing principles to maximize space utilization, ergonomics, and material flow.
  
  Cost Reduction Initiatives: Conceptualize and execute capital expenditure (CapEx) projects aimed at energy conservation, material savings, and overall manufacturing cost reduction.
  
  Training & Mentorship: Conduct technical training and workshops for engineers, technicians, and operators to ensure a smooth adoption of new technologies and safe machine operations.
  
  Compliance & Safety: Ensure all newly introduced production equipment and technologies comply strictly with local occupational safety and health regulations (DOSH/OSHA) and environmental standards.
