  • Job Description

    We are hoping to employ an experienced Production Manager (Japanese speaker) who will organize and oversee the manufacturing of products. They will
    be responsible for the safe and effective running of all production lines including the quality of output, cost control, and health and safety & environment

    • Overseeing manufacturing and production processes.
    • Creating and executing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules.
    • Resource management such as 4M optimization.
    • Striving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
    • Maintaining safe working environment for both employees and the production facility itself.
    • Implementing all the company’s procedures, policies and process rules.
    • Communicating any problems or obstacles to senior management.
    • Monitoring productivity rates, standards, and quality control.
    • Training and coaching employees such as Operators and Leaders.
    • Implementing safety, health, environment, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Required Qualifications>
    • Previous experience with minimum 5 years or more as a Production Manager
    • Strong production and manufacturing activities
    • Experience with production cost control, safety, and quality
    • Excellent understanding of lean manufacturing
    • Proficient in System/IOT based operation
    • Proficient in optimizing work-in-progress and production schedules
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of material requirements planning systems
    • Ability to operate all manufacturing or production line equipment

    <Required Skills>
    • Bachelor's degree in any related Engineering field.
    • Proven experience in manufacturing concern, with a minimum of 5 years preferably in a senior executive or managerial role.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple production line by utilizing system and 4M concept to achieve Lean manufacturing.
    • Knowledge and exposure of manufacturing operations and equipment.
    • Familiarity with quality management and control systems
    • Proficient in Japanese Language (spoken) with average ability to read and write
